VICTORIAN PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, EASTER & CHRISTMAS attract a $5/day peak period surcharge. 

​

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS attracts a $2/day peak period surcharge.

 

• Price is per calendar day, regardless of time of arrival or pickup.

• Payments can be made via EFTPOS, direct debit or cash.

• An out of hour’s fee is assessed for any arrivals or departures not during our business hours.

• SPECIAL CARE PETS REQUIRING MEDICATION - Pets requiring medication will attract  a surcharge of $2 per dose/day. (Eg Once daily medication = $2 Twice daily medication = $4.) 

• SPECIAL CARE PETS REQUIRING OWN FOODS - Pets with own foods (apart from dry kibble) will attract a daily surcharge of $4 per day/meal or $6/day for am/pm feeds. (Eg Once daily own meal = $4 Twice daily own meals = $6) 

• ALL PETS must be fully vaccinated.

CHRISTMAS & EASTER BOOKINGS

​

We have a minimum 10 day stay over Christmas and the New Year and a minimum 6 day stay over Easter. Christmas all guests must be in by 5pm on the 24th of December and stay with us until the 2nd of January. Easter, all guests must be in from 5pm Thursday before Good Friday through to Tuesday. Bookings for these times require a 50% non-refundable/non transferable deposit at time of booking to secure your pets stay and full payment due a month in advance.

DISCOUNTS

 

FAMILY DISCOUNT $2.00 per day for all cats after the first . Only applies to those in the same family and sharing the same room. No other discounts apply. Peak periods excluded.

LONG TERM SOLO TRAVELLERS Stay with us for more than 14 days and receive $2/day discount. 

​

NO DISCOUNTS APPLY DURING PEAK PERIODS - Eg. Public Holidays, Easter and Christmas.

 

PET SHUTTLE RATES - refers to Albury, Wodonga area. Other areas please call for pricing.
